Completed slate roof replacement on a British home with a professional roofing team

Customer acquisition for roofing companies

Turn More Roofing Enquiries Into Projects.

Project Pipeline helps established roofing companies generate qualified homeowner enquiries for full roof replacements and flat-roof projects through targeted advertising and a structured follow-up system.

A focused approach to attracting, qualifying and following up with potential customers.

The Commercial Challenge

Good Roofing Work Deserves a More Predictable Pipeline.

For some roofing companies, referrals and busy periods are followed by quieter weeks. A more structured enquiry process can help reduce reliance on chance — without treating every call as the right project.

Inconsistent Enquiries

It is hard to plan when you do not know when the next suitable project will arrive.

The Wrong Type of Work

Plenty of calls do not necessarily mean the roof replacements or substantial projects you want.

Inconsistent Follow-Up

Good opportunities can be lost when enquiries are not contacted quickly or followed up consistently.

The System

A Customer Acquisition System Built Around Your Roofing Business.

01

Attract

Targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns reach relevant homeowners in the areas your roofing company serves.

02

Capture

Clear advertisements and enquiry forms encourage interested homeowners to request a quotation or project assessment.

03

Qualify

Collect postcode, roof type, project requirements and intended timeframe to help identify suitable opportunities.

04

Follow Up & Optimise

Route enquiries into a CRM, support prompt follow-up and monitor performance to improve campaigns using the available data.

We build the acquisition process. Your team remains responsible for surveying, quoting and delivering roofing work.

How It Works

A Focused Plan. A Structured Process.

  1. 01

    Discover

Understand your roofing business, ideal projects, service area, margins and installation capacity.

  2. 02

    Plan

Choose the most commercially suitable project type to advertise first, rather than promoting every service at once.

  3. 03

    Launch

Build and launch Facebook and Instagram campaigns with clear enquiry forms and an agreed CRM handover.

  4. 04

    Qualify

Collect useful information about postcode, roof type, project requirements and intended timeframe, then route enquiries to your business.

  5. 05

    Optimise

Review enquiry quality, appointments, quotes and eventual project outcomes where reported, then refine the campaign using the available data.

Questions

Straight Answers Before You Book.

What does Project Pipeline do?

We help established UK roofing companies attract and qualify homeowner enquiries through Facebook and Instagram advertising, lead capture, CRM integration and structured follow-up. Your team remains responsible for surveying, quoting and delivering the roofing work.

Which roofing companies do you work with?

Full roof replacement specialists, flat-roof contractors and established roofing refurbishment companies with a credible track record, defined service area and capacity for additional work. The offer is not centred on one-off minor repairs or cheap leads.

How do Facebook and Instagram ads work for roofing projects?

We use location-targeted campaigns and project-specific creative to reach relevant homeowners. Interested people can submit an enquiry for a quotation or project assessment. Advertising creates opportunities; it does not guarantee that someone will buy.

What is included in the £500 management fee?

Campaign strategy, Meta advertising management, creative planning, lead capture setup, CRM integration where agreed, and ongoing optimisation. We agree the scope before launch.

Is the advertising budget included?

No. The £500 monthly management fee and suggested £500 monthly Meta ad spend are separate payments. Advertising is paid directly to Meta through your own account. Together, the starting investment is £1,000 per month; the advertising budget is an initial suggestion, not a promise of lead volume.

What happens when a homeowner submits an enquiry?

Their details and project information are captured and routed into the agreed CRM and follow-up process. Your team contacts suitable homeowners, arranges any survey or assessment, provides the quote and delivers the work.

How do you assess lead quality?

We agree what a suitable enquiry looks like with you, then review information such as postcode, roof type, project requirements and intended timeframe. We also use your feedback on appointments, quotes and project outcomes where you report them.

Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or roofing jobs?

Before launch, we’ll agree the campaign objective, what qualifies as a suitable enquiry and the terms of any applicable 30-day qualified-enquiry guarantee in writing. No fixed number of enquiries is promised here, and we do not guarantee roofing jobs, revenue, profit or return on advertising spend.

How quickly can a campaign launch?

Timing depends on account access, available project photos, the agreed offer, enquiry forms and follow-up setup. We agree a realistic launch plan once those requirements are understood, rather than promise an unsupported turnaround.

What does the roofing company need to provide?

A professional website, credible reviews, a defined service area, details of your ideal projects and installation capacity, permission to use relevant project photos, access to your Meta account and agreed CRM, and someone who can respond promptly and report outcomes.
